I believe that the more people live a life in line with their truest values, where everything they do or say is aligned to their higher purpose, the happier and more fulfilled a world we will live in.

My Mission is to help as many people as possible to establish their values, their tolerations and boundaries, and to find out what their higher purpose is. Using NLP, High Performance and Co-Active Coaching techniques (to name but a few), help people unlock the potential achievements they have inside themselves, to assist them with building their plan to get there and support their journey and celebrate their achievements.

My name is Sarah McCandliss, I am a world citizen, wife and mother of two little boys. I have travelled the world, I have been rolling in money and also completely broke. I know the positives and negatives associated with both states of being and I know which one I prefer!

I am a successful High Performance Sales Manager, Trainer and Coach for the EMEA markets for over 80 of the top IT Technology companies in the world, for whom I have written, developed and presented bespoke Sales, Management and Coaching training courses. Including, Microsoft, Google, HP, Symantec, VMWare.

I have and am currently working with people from all over the world, and from every walk of life. My biggest successes have been working with young professionals, mixing NLP with Sales Techniques, and Coaching from a Life, Business and Sales perspective.

Confucious say ‘when the student is ready the teacher will appear’ and I have had the great honour of being taught and inspired by some of the greats.

My own personal journey started in 2004, when I trained with John Seymour and Associates to obtain my Practitioner qualification in NLP – I had recently broken up with a lovely man who just wasn’t the right one (took me 5 years to admit it to myself), moved back in with Mum and Dad and didn’t really have a penny to my name!

The biggest things that course taught me were:

1. If you keep doing the same thing, you will get the same result

2. The hard bit is finding what you really want, and once you have cracked that the rest is easy. Then it all came true, I met my husband, moved to Ireland and was pregnant with my first child, doing a job I loved (all things I had only ever dreamed of before).

Then, in 2008 I had the great honour of training with Richard Bandler, one of the creators of NLP to gain my Master Practitioner of NLP qualification. For my Hypnosis practitioner certification I had the further honour of training with Paul McKenna. The biggest things I learnt from this course, was that the only person really who can stop you from achieving what you want, is in fact you, that and being in the presence of greatness being a truly inspiring thing.

The next few years were busy with having kids and working – oh yes, and then the recession hit and our lovely life got turned upside down. The biggest things I learnt through this time was that people will amaze you with their strength and their kindness, the value of money and that just because you might have a well-paid job, doesn’t mean that one day you won’t be sitting at the dinner table looking at 40 euros left in your world to pay for the whole of Christmas. Amazingly, that was the best Christmas we have had so far!

Then, it snowed on New Years Eve, my husband got a job and our world changed again – but with us older and definitely wiser.

After a while, what happened next, was that through work (and two courses – had my second son in the middle) I completed my Diploma in Life and Executive Coaching, with the incomparable Maureen Hewitt and the  gang  from PSG (Positive Success Group). One day we were doing an exercise called speed coaching (hard-core, not for the feint hearted, and used to tune up your coaching skills to Jedi level – apparently) and my subject which was picked totally at random, for me to be coached on, was knowing and living your Lifes Purpose and guess what – this is it! How wonderful it feels to know and live your purpose, you will find out – and may it be as great a gift to you as it is to me.

And everything changed again!

Life is so different and so much better when you know what the end game is. So, with some private clients and through work I was able to clock up over 400 Hours of Business, Sales and Life Coaching with some of the finest people I have ever met, to become a Full member of the Association of Coaching.

What happened next was, me and my ego, left work, set up LIFESPARKLE and waited for the clients to arrive – as they had done whilst I was employed, mmmm some did, lots didn’t, and many lessons were learned, mostly about running your own business, marketing and what you really need to make it on your own.

The Universe works in mysterious ways, and out of the blue, I was offered a big job with a big corporate, (woohoo! says me – familiar territory, and has to be easier than being out on my own right?) Well, no, not if the Universe is giving you the same lesson till you finally learn it. Lesson learnt this time was the biggy, stay true to your values or its not going to work. Yes, the money was excellent, but the working all hours, not having much fun and never seeing my family really wasnt.

And so here I am today, Lifesparkle – the new generation, you could say. Older, wiser, definitely more humble and appreciative, not afraid to ask for help when I really need it and even more determined to live my purpose, honouring my values and having mucho fun whilst I’m at it.

So GAME ON people, as ever I’m wondering What’s next? ….  how exciting is that???
